Airport T-hangars & Patio Hangars

Hangars are 40' wide by 32' deep or 60' wide by 40' deep. Our leases require a security deposit equivalent to one month's rent and proof of aircraft liability insurance in the amount of $1M per occurrence.

Conventional Hangars

Addison airport has mid-sized hangars available for aircraft storage and commercial aeronautical use. Rent ranges from $4.50 to $8.75 per square foot. The primary term for most of our conventional hangar leases is two years but longer terms may be considered under certain circumstances.
