Hotel Occupancy Tax Form

Visit the State Comptroller website for information on reporting and remittance. For questions on local hotel occupancy tax remittance, please call Ashley Boatright at 972-450-7085 or by e-mail at aboatright@addisontx.gov. Submit the Hotel Occupancy Tax Form by the 20th of the month following the end of each calendar month (for example, April 20 for March activity). If the 20th falls on a holiday or weekend, it is due the next business day. When submitting the form, please include all documentation to support exemptions claimed. Submit forms electronically through our CSS Portal with payment (https://egov.addisontx.gov/EnerGovProd/SelfService#/home) or by mailing directly to:
