The scope of work for this project includes public infrastructure improvements for Bella Lane south of the existing bridge over Farmers Branch Creek. The project limits will begin at the end of the existing concrete roadway section, south of the bridge, and continue south approximately 477 Linear Feet (LF). The project includes demolition of existing asphalt pavement & culvert, construction of new sanitary sewer lines, construction of new water lines, construction of new storm drain lines, construction of new electric duct bank facilities across the new roadway, and construction of new 22 foot wide reinforced concrete pavement.

February 25, 2022:
Bids were opened for the construction of the project.
January 12, 2021:
City Council approved a design contract with Icon Consulting Engineers, Inc. to perform the design work for the Bella Lane North Connector Reconstruction Project because of their experience and familiarity with the project area. Icon has designed both the public and private portions of the improvements for all phases of the Vitruvian Development making them uniquely qualified to perform these services due to their extensive knowledge of the entire development.
