All bags will be searched and metal detectors are used. Please leave prohibited items at home or in your vehicle to avoid delayed entry. Visit the event website for specific lists of permitted and prohibited items, as some rules may vary.

Video surveillance cameras are used in Addison Circle Park. An official photographer will be taking photos throughout the festival grounds so patrons attending the event may be pictured in event marketing materials. Patrons may not record the headline entertainment or musical acts. 

All Addison festivals are rain or shine, subject to change or cancellation by Addison for extreme weather or other risk to public safety. Ticket sales are final and no refunds or exchanges will be issued, except in the event of festival cancellation or if otherwise stated in the specific refund policy for that festival. Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. Connect with us on social media for the latest updates.

During event hours, a lost and found is located at the Information Booth on the north side of the park near Addison Circle Drive.

After hours please contact the Addison Police Department at pdrecords@addisontx.gov with your name, contact number, and a description of the lost item.
