Vendor Opportunities

Arts & craft, food, and activity vendors must submit an application to be considered for event participation. Participation fees vary by event. Submission of the vendor application does not guarantee acceptance into the event. Vendors will be notified in writing confirming the selection or denial of an application.   • Taste Addison: Friday - Saturday, June 3 - 4
  • Addison Kaboom Town!®: Sunday, July 3
  • Addison Oktoberfest: Thursday - Sunday, September 15 - 18

Taste Addison Restaurant Vendor

Any Addison-based food establishment wishing to serve food or beverage requiring a permit under the Town of Addison Environmental Health Department and/or TABC.

  • This includes any alcohol, edible substances, ice, beverages, or open ingredients.

Marketplace Vendor

  • Arts and Crafts
    • ​Handmade or custom art, jewelry, clothing, accessories, furniture, décor, toys, or similar items.
    • Independent consultants/direct sales, nonprofit organizations, locally owned businesses, and the sale of manufactured products.
  • Pre-Packaged Food
    • ​Pre-packaged food/beverage items such as jams, salsa, vinegars, dry mixes, etc.
    • No on-site cooking. Sampling permitted. 
    • A temporary food permit issued by the Town of Addison Environmental Health Department is required for participation.
  • Activities
    • ​Interactive services provided to the public for a fee such as hair braiding, sand art, caricatures, henna tattoos, etc.
